While Cardio does cause a buildup in oxidative agents, for some reason, it also makes the body more resistant to oxidative damage (which is a bit counter intuitive because it's at the cellular level). I'll double check my notes, cause I hate giving out bad information.<br /><br />Personally I don't believe in lifting weights either. Have you seen Parkour conditioning?
